Reiki with Avtar

Reiki is a gentle way to help regulate your body and emotions.

During a session, you don't directly need to do anything - just be open, and relax into it.

This is for you if:

  • You want to relax
  • You want a space where you can slow down and process your emotions without delving into them through words

What a session entails and feels like

  • You are free to say a few words on what brings you to the space and to set an intention
  • You lie down (fully clothed — it's not like a massage)
  • You can close your eyes if you feel comfortable to — you don't need to "do" anything during the session
  • You will be guided through a short meditation to relax
  • Throughout the session, you may feel some heat or other physical sensations or you may not feeling anything physically at all — people report different things but generally, many people feel some level of gentle sensation
